Website design for real estate agents
An estate agent's website is a trust instrument: it has to make you look established and make contact effortless. Ours start at R2 950, and listings are handled honestly — a Property24 link or a manual listings page, not a fake promise of a portal.
Part of a fixed-price range — see everything we build.
What an agent website needs
Sellers check an agent before they sign a mandate, and buyers check one before a viewing. What they look for is the same in both cases:
- Credentials above the fold. Your PPRA registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate status — the two things a seller is entitled to verify.
- One page per area you sell in. The neighbourhoods you actually know, written from real local knowledge. This is what 'property in Kenilworth' searches match against.
- A valuation request route. The single most valuable action on an agent's site.
- Real people. Named agents with real credentials, not stock photographs of handshakes.
Listings, without overpromising
Buyers search for property on Property24 and Private Property, not on agent websites — that is where the inventory lives. Your site's job is the credibility layer under those listings, plus the areas and services the portals cannot explain.
We build that honestly: a manual listings page you update through us, a link through to your Property24 profile, or — where you want listings maintained automatically — a WordPress build with a feed, quoted on your needs rather than sold as a package.
The package fit for agents

| Established agent, several areas | Business | R4 950 | A page per area, sold-property evidence, valuation route. |
| Agency with several agents | Pro | R7 950 | Agent profiles, area coverage, and a full services section. |

Common questions
How much does a real estate website cost?
R2 950 for a three-page Starter, R4 950 for a seven-page Business site, R7 950 for a twelve-page Pro site. Fixed and quoted up front — see packages and prices.
Can you connect my Property24 listings?
A link through to your Property24 profile is included in every build. An automatic listings feed into your own site is a WordPress build with an extra subscription — we quote it on your needs rather than packaging it.
Do you build full property portals?
No, and we would tell you not to pay for one. Buyers search the big portals. Unless you are building a portal as a business of its own, your site should be the credibility and area-content layer under your listings — which is what we build.
Can I update listings myself?
Yes — either send changes to us, or we build the site on WordPress so you can manage pages yourself. The trade-offs are explained in WordPress vs Wix vs Shopify.
